Personality/Background story:
The only survivor left after the Tuonela herd attacked the herd from the northwestern mountains. He managed to escape into the woods... Later, he meet up with Medic and Nordlys. He is the son of Medic's brother, Mistral, which was the leader of the Northwestern herd.
The other members of the herd chooses him to be the leader of the new herd; the Storm Herd.
Tempest is braver and more sage than he thinks and feels he is, a born leader.
